WIP 1187: How NOT to Talk to Motivated Sellers

It’s common for wholesalers to fall into the trap of answering all of the sellers’ questions until they stop asking or even “presenting to the seller” to make them feel more comfortable. However, this approach can backfire, as it puts the seller in control and leaves you chasing after them rather than having them pursue you.

Today you’ll learn effective strategies for communication that empower you to maintain control of the conversation so that you’re not at the mercy of the seller’s demands. Discover how to talk to them in a way that positions you as the expert and allows you to take charge of the negotiation!
