He saw the potential for even greater financial prosperity through wholesaling, and after testing the waters doing it part-time, he knew it was time to take the plunge.
Brendan boldly decided to pursue land wholesaling and was able to net a gross income of around $435,000 (in his first year)! He even secured a land deal for an unbelievable 22 cents on the dollar!
